The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) now displays the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster rather than the previous “Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law” poster. It was mandated in October that businesses put up the new poster within a respectable duration of time after it was released. The Labor Law Poster updates, with a revision date of October 20, 2022, should be displayed by all businesses as soon as possible.
